Since our foundation in 1983, starting as a one man business, the company now has four branches located in Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow and Aberdeen enabling us to provide a network of services throughout Scotland. We also have pockets of staff outside of the larger cities which caters for multi client contracts.

Managing Director - John Davie (BICSc)
Our director is active between the company's offices in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee and has ultimate responsibility for the cleaning operations at your establishment, from hands on cleaning to field and office management. John will ensure that you are being provided with the support services you are paying for, and implement the cleaning operation as programmed in the company's tendered quotation.

Office Manager - Lesley Davie
Lesley, our Company Secretary, manages our head office in Dundee and is your first point of contact when you call the CCS Helpline. She will take the details of your telephone call and ensure that your requirements are passed on to the relevant department for action. She will also ensure that your orders are processed and that your janitorial supplies are despatched on time. Lesley is also responsible for making sure that everyone gets paid on time.

Technical Director - George Loudon
George's expertise and knowledge of the latest techniques, materials and service operations, ensures that all of our operatives are using the most modern equipment and the most advanced cleaning products to locate, identify, contain, remove and dispose of unwanted substances (pollutants) from your environment. George is based in our Glasgow office and works closely with the Managing Director and General Manager.

General Manager - Don Shearer
Based in our Dundee office, Don works closely with the directors, managers and area supervisers to ensure that all of our operations run as smoothly as possible from the outset. He looks after the company's fleet of vehicles, cleaning equipment and supplies, janitorial supplies, office equipment, stationery and recruitment. Don also looks after the company's web site.

Customer Services Manager - Gail Grier
Gail aims to develop a good working relationship with our existing customers. By monitoring the standard and level of service provided by our operatives, through telephone calls, emails, and personal visits, she ensures that we always deliver the level of cleanliness expected by our customers. Gail also ensures that suitable substitute operatives are put in place to cover sickness absence and holidays.

Specialist Services Manager - Levi Zglinicki
The Specialist Services division is responsible for all Pre-Occupation Builders Cleaning, Specialist Floor Cleaning and Treatments, Deep Kitchen Cleaning, Restoration Cleaning, High Level Cleaning activities, Window Cleaning and other specialist service activities throughout Scotland. Levi works closely with our General Manager to ensure that your cleaning programme is carried out safely and within your timeframe.

Area Supervisors
Our area supervisors work closely with individual cleaning operatives and site supervisors to ensure that the work carried out on your premises is kept to our very high standards. Their aim is to provide full support to site supervisors and other front line staff to ensure that they are delivering the service that you expect from a professional commercial cleaning company.

Site Supervisors
Our Site Supervisors work closely with their Area Supervisor and their team of cleaning operatives to ensure that the work carried out on your premises is kept to our very high standards. Their aim is to provide full support to our front line staff and to ensure that they are delivering the service that you expect from a professional commercial cleaning company.
