Financial

• No requirement to pay for annual holiday entitlements (less public).
• Holiday relief will no longer be required as we'll cover your contract through our network of operatives.
• Hourly rates of pay are generally less.
• No sick pay required as we'll cover your contract through our network of operatives.
• Material costs can be lower as we have negotiated rates nationally.
• Administrative costs are lower, as we take the administrative burden from you.

Health & Safety / C.O.S.H.H. / Risk Assessments

• We train all our staff in all aspects relating to Health & Safety / C.O.S.H.H. issues on your premises.
• We provide you with all the necessary documentation for C.O.S.H.H.
• All electrical equipment is tested every year or 300 working hours (whichever is reached first).
• Staff are fully trained in the safe use of all equipment.
• Ongoing staff training is our responsibility.

Support Services

• In the event of mechanical failure of equipment, we can provide a rapid replacement to prevent any loss in cleaning standards.
• In emergency situations such as floods, burst pipes, minor fires etc, we can provide immediate assistance with specialist equipment and manpower for fast and effective clean up.
• We can provide you with a complete range of cleaning and support services such as, carpet, upholstery, high level cleaning, specialist floor care, window cleaning and landscaping.

Management Team Assigned To Your Complex

• Through a management system controlled by the Operations Director, your daily cleaning is managed and supervised daily.

Contracts Manager & Customer Services Manager

• Are available daily during normal working hours by contacting our Head office in Dundee. The Contracts Manager has the ability to deal with all administrative and financial queries relating to all contracts, and acts as an interface between the directors and the Area Supervisor for your contract.

Area Supervisors

• Available seven days a week, and always on hand to deal with issues that require immediate attention. The Area Supervisor will ensure that your cleaning staff are operating to maximum efficiency, and will ensure that they are cleaning to the agreed standards and specifications. Visiting your site at least once per fortnight, the Area Supervisor will assist and guide the Site Supervisor in all duties.

Site Supervisors

• If the contract requires three or more persons, a Site Supervisor will be appointed. The Site Supervisor ensures that all staff are timely, effective and properly trained and equipped to perform all duties asked of them. The Site Supervisor is the initial point of daily contact for the contract.
